We try to display product colours and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays them exactly. Product descriptions are provided in good faith.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers, and orders flagged as fraudulent. If we cancel an order, we will notify you at the email address provided.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete order information.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Deliveries are governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, and logos, is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.
